We have invested a significant amount of time and money in providing an easy-to-use project management system located at www.medialabpro.com/project and it is essential for successful project completion that our clients fully understand and utilize the ticket system in order to effectively provide feedback and comments on their website during development and for our efficient clarification and completion of all items that require attention in order to achieve site completion.

In order to help you better understand our simple ticket process, we have provided a short 10-minute video demonstrating the proper technique for creating a ticket in our project management system.  Please take the time to review this before you start using the ticket system, as it will help instruct you on the proper method for issuing an effective ticket so that we can efficiently complete your request or ask for clarification if necessary:

To review, please make sure you follow each of the following steps in creating any new tickets:

1. Create a descriptive Title
2. Create as complete a description as possible regarding the ticket, including a link to the page in reference, and a description of what you want to have changed on the page.
3. An attached screenshot of the area that requires attention
4. Set the Priority as "Highest"
5. Assign a due date 2 days from the date you issued the ticket (this is the due date by which you should receive a response to the ticket, but may not reflect the actual time by which the ticket will be completed).
6. Assign the ticket to a MediaLabPro team member.
7. Don't forget to submit the ticket.
8. You might also want to send a reminder to any MediaLabPro team member regarding the ticket, particularly if you have noticed that it may have been overlooked.

Using this process, we have proven very successful at completing highly polished websites with an efficient development process that maximizes the use of everyone's time involved in the project.
